Last week I was working on my business, thinking about leaving the house to run errands and try to earn some “quick cash” delivering food and groceries with Uber, DoorDash, and Instacart, when I received a weather warning on my phone. I couldn’t see any reason to panic looking at the sky with my own two eyes, yet the timing of its arrival told me to take it as a sign to stay home and work on my business.
Given the fact I never saw any terrible weather from my window that day, I thought for a moment that I may have used the alert as an excuse. I wondered if it was wishful thinking, not intuition… until I saw the news about the destructive Las Vegas dust storm. Power poles and power lines fell onto cars in the area where I often do my Uber and DoorDash deliveries. I didn’t see any crazy weather at home but, if I had gone out, there is a high probability I would’ve experienced a seriously frightening situation.
I am so incredibly grateful I stayed home. Obviously, the weather alert had more than a little to do with it. However, I have received quite a few weather alerts in the recent past. This was the only time such damage occurred. Given the fact nothing terrible happened after the previous warnings, many might have ignored this message. Thank you, intuition for telling me to take it seriously!
If you enjoy showing off your love and gratitude for intuition and the belief that it is a form of good luck; if you want to show that it’s your lucky charm, you will be happy to know that I created this pin button set with my favorite good vibes shirt designs.
