Poker puzzle: the all-new pen and paper strategy game

By

One of the most frustrating and most embarrassing parts of learning to play poker is that period of time when you struggle to recognize the value of the hand that you hold. Until now, watching or playing poker was the only way to train your brain for this task. Thanks to my all-new pen and paper strategy game – the Poker Puzzle – that is no longer the case.

The goal of a Poker Puzzle is to create the best five card poker hand possible in all ten rows and lines. Players simply choose a playing card that has not yet been used in the puzzle and write it into each empty space, strategically pondering what card will improve both the poker hand in the vertical line and the poker hand in the horizontal row. Once the Poker Puzzle is filled, players calculate their score using the number of points each poker hand is worth according to the instructions.

Players can rate their performance according to the chart of good, great, and exceptional scores, and/or compete against each other to see who creates the highest scoring solution to each Poker Puzzle. The first book of 100 puzzles will soon be available on Amazon. Click here to download 5 free Poker Puzzles now.
