Fortune Cookies have long been one of my favorite things about eating at a Chinese restaurant in America… even though I rarely eat the cookie. In fact, the fun of discovering the surprise message is what inspired me to create Fortune Telling Tiny Art Playing Cards.

I don’t know how many of the 3 billion fortune cookies that are made and sold each year in the United States end up in the hands of people who believe that message might hold real meaning… but I am curious. Aren’t you?

I believe in tarot… but even more so I believe I am meant to prove how much meaning is in the cards… and so I utilized some of the knowledge I acquired while obtaining by BA in Sociology to create a short survey to allow all who purchase Fortune Telling Tiny Art Playing Cards (or receive one for free) to contribute their opinions to my research.

I don’t yet have enough responses to consider the data significant, but… I the data is piling up… especially now that I am getting serious about my poker tarot statistics and talking often about the fact that playing cards and tarot were invented around the same time and developed simultaneously. Many used playing cards for tarot because tarot cards were rare and more difficult to obtain.
